Select an available payment method at checkout. For a quotation or a manually arranged order, our team will confirm the payment instructions with you.

Credit & debit cards

Pay using the card options offered through Ziina at checkout. Apple Pay or Google Pay may also appear on compatible devices. Available options are shown before you confirm payment.

Direct bank transfer

Use the bank details provided with your order or invoice, and include your Order ID or invoice number as the payment reference. Orders paid by bank transfer will be dispatched after the funds have cleared.

Cash on delivery in Dubai

Cash on delivery is available for eligible Dubai orders. Confirm availability and the amount payable at checkout or with our team before arranging delivery.

Check the product details, quantities, delivery address, and total amount shown on your order or invoice.

For a quoted order, follow the payment terms stated in the confirmed quotation or invoice.

Retain your order number and payment confirmation. These details help our team identify your payment and respond to enquiries.

For bank transfers, share your payment reference with our team if requested. A transfer receipt helps us trace a payment; dispatch remains subject to cleared funds.
